The hotel rooms are newly renovated after many years of service, offering amazing views of the city and spacious enough for a family of four. The cleaning service is excellent, taking care of the rooms without needing to request it, and the warm welcome from the staff made our stay at The Ritz Carlton in Bahrain unforgettable.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, though cramped, include a blend of newly renovated and outdated ones. The service is beyond excellent, with helpful and friendly staff members. The location can be a relaxing oasis for families, although noise from an outside AC system is a downside. The dining experience needs a bit more variety, but the homemade cakes are a standout. Overall, a stay at this hotel has its highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were decent, but noise disrupted my sleep. However, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Ammar at reception. The location was stunning, offering a relaxing weekend by the beach. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel rooms are a little tired looking and small for parents with two young children, needing a bit of refreshing up. However, the service was wonderful with friendly and attentive staff, and the location was amazing. The dining experience could be more diversified. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a very comfortable stay in a great beachfront location with welcoming staff. While the rooms could use upgrading, the overall experience is enriched by the excellent service and enjoyable dining options.
